This policy covers information collected through this website. It does not cover information handled during a client engagement, which is governed by the applicable services agreement, statement of work, and any non-disclosure agreement in force.

We collect information in two ways.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, company name, organization size, area of interest, whether you require an NDA, and the content of your message. You choose what to put in these fields.

Information collected automatically

Contact form submissions are processed by our own application running on our hosting provider's platform, not by a third-party form service. Our hosting provider records standard server and network telemetry — including IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention, and availability monitoring. We do not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or behavioral cookies on this site.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, scope an engagement
• To maintain the security, integrity, and availability of this site
• To meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising.

4. Third parties that process data on our behalf

We use a small number of service providers. Each processes data only as needed to deliver its service.

5. Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for 180 days unless a business relationship is established, in which case retention follows the applicable services agreement. Server telemetry is retained per our hosting provider's default retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over the personal information we hold about you — commonly the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, or to have it deleted. You may also ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose.

To make any of these requests, email [email protected] and tell us what you would like us to do. We will respond within the time any applicable law requires, and we may need to confirm your identity first so that we do not disclose someone else's information.

7. Security

This site is served over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security, a Content Security Policy, and clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protections enabled. Access to the systems that publish this site is restricted and logged.

8. Children

This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under [AGE].
